Why can’t I find my subscription after I login to my account?

Your account is contingent upon an email address and you will need to use that same email address that the subscription was originally signed up with in order to access the same account.

If you have ever entered an email address, made a purchase on the website, or have been a CD or MP3 of the Month Club subscriber, then you already have an account set up on our website.

Over to the right side of the screen under “Actions” click on the word “Edit” to update your credit/debit card. Make sure the address shown is the correct billing address for the credit card you are entering.
