Login and Registration Issues
Are my account number, account name, and password case sensitive?
Yes. Note: your username is your email address.
CD Club Service
Will I receive one title per month?
Yes, depending on which level you subscribe to, you will either receive 1, 5 or 10 copies of the same title (not different titles) for that month to share with family, friends, co-workers, etc. The New CD title selected for that month will never be a repeat of any of the previous months' titles.
When will I receive my first shipment?
If your subscription is entered before the 17th or the 18th of this month, you will receive your first CD(s) this same month towards the end of the month. If you subscribe after the 17th or the 18th, you will receive your first CD(s) next month towards the end of next month. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of your first CD(s).
On what day of the month is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are charged immediately upon subscribing in order to open an account for your subscription, and then charged on the 2nd day of every month thereafter.
If I cancel my subscription after my credit card has been charged, will I still receive the CDs?
Yes, once the credit card is charged, we automatically ship the CDs.
How can I change the delivery address or the credit card?
Login to your account and Click on the "Make Changes to this Subscription" link next to the subscription you want to change.
How long does it take to process a change of address?
It takes 3-4 weeks from the time you notify us before your subscription will arrive at your new address.
How and when do the CDs ship each month?
The CD(s) are mailed bulk media mail via the U. S. Postal Service as soon as the subscriptions for that month are processed. If subscribing after the 17th or 18th of the month, you will most likely receive your CD(s) at the end of next month.
How do I order prior month’s CDs if I want additional copies?
Prior months’ titles may be purchased through the Lighthouse Online Company Store
May I pay for this subscription with a check?
Yes. If paying by check, a 12-month subscription is required and may be renewed annually. Please make check payable to:

Can I return the CDs after I receive them?
The CD(s) cannot be returned because we have designed this program to keep these CDs as inexpensive as possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time by Logging In to your account. We exeperience a very low cancellation rate due to the low cost and high value of the program. We receive hundreds of testimonials each month. Please give us your feedback.
