Lighthouse Catholic Media has announced an exciting new partnership with Father Robert Barron's Word on Fire ministries. In addition to our inspiring CDs, Lighthouse can now offer your parish Word on Fire Materials.
Word On Fire Catholic Ministries is a nonprofit global media organization which supports Catholic evangelical preaching, particularly the work of Father Robert Barron, and reaches millions of people to draw them into or back to the Catholic Faith.
Catholics need to know how to defend and spread the Faith
• Many Catholics’ view of their faith is shaped by what they hear in the media, whether it is true or not
• Atheist attacks are relentlessly increasing
• Many parents want to explain and teach their children about Catholicism, but are not fully equipped

2. SEVEN DEADLY SINS, SEVEN LIVELY VIRTUES
Encourages repentance and spiritual growth.
Based on Dante’s writings, the seven deadly sins correspond to the seven stories of Dante’s Mt. Purgatory: Pride, envy, anger, sloth, gluttony, avarice and lust are all presented as patterns of dysfunction within us that lead to unhappiness. Fr. Barron shows how to counteract these sinful patterns through a conscious process of opposition, which are the seven lively virtues.
